Today we had large patches of stratus, topped with some cirrus. Transparency in between was good, but the scintillation monitor reported mediocre seeing on average. I made the following observation:

Exposure (transparency): 0.450ms (using 82nm bandwidth green filter)
Seeing (SSSMon):         3.0-4.0" (2.5" at best)
