Today started out clear, but it soon turned into 40% cumuli. Transparency in between was excellent, but the scintillation monitor reported very poor seeing on average. I made the following observation:

Reference:               Earth's rotation axis
Exposure (transparency): 0.450ms (using 82nm bandwidth green filter)
Seeing (SSSMon):         4.5"-5.0" (3.0" at best)
