Today we started out grey, which then turned to about 80% cumulus, topped with 70% altocumulus. Transparency in between was excellent, but due to too short clear moments the scintillation monitor was unable to report seeing, although it appeared to be very good, around 1.5 - 2.0 at best moments. I made the following observation:
