Both the log and data files are stored in directory Logs, which is automatically created.
Log file MountMonitor_YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.log contains all setting changes and the times at which the tolerances are exceeded (and when the data returns within tolerance). It does so for each individual sample and for the running standard deviation. When it is closed a summary is added at the end.
Data file MountMonitor_YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.dat contains all the recorded RA and DEC data, a header is provided. The values for time, RA and DEC can be found twice in the files, first as the raw ASCII data string as output by the mount, directly followed by the value derived from this string. When all goes well both field should be equal, apart from the + sign which will not be shown in the derived data.
Data file MountMonitor_YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.sei contains all the recorded seismometer data, a header is provided. The values for time, raw and processed seismometer data, followed by the standard deviation, are given.
Data file MountMonitor_YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.tdi contains all the recorded time data, a header is provided. The values for time, time difference between PC-clock and mount-clock, PC-loop time and mount-loop time, are given.
